Hi y’all, welcome to our little microbakery, we look forward to serving you delicious treats with a side of southern hospitality! Cece Decoteau, founder and operator of The Midnight Baker, is originally from Louisiana and loves to spread joy with good food and a warm smile. We are located in Maryland Bakes! L.L.C., a co-op kitchen on the Golden Mile in Frederick, MD. While we do not have a storefront with regular business hours, we will hold monthly pop-up events. You can also find some of our goodies at Prospect Pantry in New Market!
All of our products are homemade and are the perfect addition to any event, gift bag, or kitchen table. While we specialize in pralines, royal icing sugar cookies, and king cakes during the Mardi Gras season, we also provide cupcakes, cakes, chocolate covered treats, and other specialty items from time to time. The Midnight Baker LLC is proud to serve our Frederick neighbors and help y’all celebrate with our beautiful, tasty treats.
